Qualifications / Requirements:

• A high degree of fluency in English – both spoken and written
• A high degree of fluency in Cantonese – both spoken and written
• 5 years experience with computers, networks and data systems.
• Apple OS X Server Workgroup Environment
• Apple xServe computer systems
• Apple RAID and Apple xRAID data storage, archiving hardware and software
• Network configuration and security including;  VPN, DMZ - LAN/WAN and IDS (Intruder Detection Systems)
• Avaya IP Telephone Systems
• CCTV and Intruder Alarms Systems
• Windows hardware and Server
• CISCO hardware – routers and switches - certification
• Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Microsoft Entourage

Beneficial Experience:

• Microsoft Exchange and email management
